Mission Statement: The mission of the Sahuarita School Counseling Program is to enable all students to acquire the educational and social competencies necessary to become responsible members of society.

About the Counselor: My name is Candice Alvarez and I am your school counselor at Copper View Elementary school. I received my masters in school counseling from Northern Arizona University. My favorite topic to work on with our students is career and college readiness! I love getting to know the students through our weekly guidance lessons and helping them with any academic or personal concern they may have. I look forward to another great school year here at CVES!
